Greg holds both the GRI and CRS designations and holds an MBA from S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. David Lightfritz COO He has been in the real estate business for approximately 15 years.David is originally from N.E. Kim Marshall Director of Accounting Kim Marshall is the Director of Accounting for The Kurzner Group, ERA Atlantic Realty, and Atlantic Property Management. She joined the Kurzner group in 2009 at the height of the housing market crisis. As a valued team member, she brought with her vast knowledge of the real estate industry after spending several years with ReMax of Atlanta Patrick Dees Director of Valuations & Field Service Patrick joined the Kurzner Group six years ago and has held his current position for the last four. Patrick came to the Kurzner Group after serving as Real Estate apprasier for 5 years. He currently resides in Suwanee Ga. with his wife, Anastassia, and three boys, Michael, Jacob, and Andrew. Diane Messer Offer/Contract Coordinator Diane has worked in the Real Estate field for over 13 years. She lives in Alpharetta with her husband and has a daughter and step-son in Birmingham, AL. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, reading and watching Alabama football. Michelle Coleman Senior Closing Coordinator Michelle Coleman is the Senior Closing Coordinator and has been with The Kurzner Group for 5 years. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, she brings over 20 years experience in the industry and Atlanta market. Her experience in real estate varies from new home construction, residential, commercial, and bank foreclosures to over seas investors and property management. Eric Halloway Field Service Rep Eric Holloway was born and raised in Caswell, North Carolina, a small town outside of Greensboro North Carolina. He graduated from Bartlett Yancey High School where he also played basketball. He moved to Georgia in 2013 and currently resides in Kennesaw, Georgia. Kenna Delozier Investor Specialist Kenna is an Investor Specialist for ERA Atlantic Realty and has been a licensed agent since 2001. She has been with the company for 4 years and currently assist’s corporate and individual investors who are interested in acquiring and disposing of single family and multi-family homes. Her real estate experience includes several years as a closing coordinator and account manager in REO. She has lived in Gwinnett county since 1990.
